What does an AI automation agency do?
Solutionz AI builds automations and connects business software so routine work runs without people re-typing, chasing or copying between tools. That covers scheduled invoicing, appointment booking, lead follow-up, AI voice and chat agents, websites, marketing systems and dashboards. Each build is made for your process, not sold off the shelf.
Which industries do you work with?
Any business whose team repeats the same administrative work every week. Our first case studies are healthcare practices, because that is where the founder spent 15 years, and the same systems fit clinics, trades, professional services, retail and agencies alike.
Will it work with the software we already use?
Usually, yes. We build on automation platforms such as n8n and Zapier and on native connections, which link to most CRMs, calendars, accounting tools, email and practice-management systems. Where a system allows connections we can usually connect it; where it does not, we tell you on the discovery call.
How much does it cost?
Each project is quoted after the free discovery call, with a fixed scope and a fixed price for the build. Ongoing monitoring and improvements are optional and quoted separately. We do not bill open-ended hours.
How long does it take?
It depends on the workflow and how many systems are involved. We agree a scope and a delivery date before work starts, and we tell you if either changes.
Do we need technical staff to run it?
No. Every build comes with plain documentation and a walkthrough for your team, and someone on your side can always see it, pause it or take over. You own what we build.
Is our data safe? Can you build HIPAA-compliant solutions?
Yes. For healthcare clients we build HIPAA-compliant solutions on platforms that are themselves HIPAA-compliant, such as Holly AI by Nimblr for scheduling, which Nimblr states is HIPAA-compliant and SOC-certified, and we design the workflow so protected health information never leaves those systems. How is your SEO different from a marketing agency's?
Most SEO aims to get you into Google's list of links. We also work on getting you into the answer: when someone asks Google, ChatGPT or Perplexity for a business like yours, we want you named.
