Five rules we work by

  1. Start with the task, not the technology.

    We ask what your team repeats every week and pick the simplest tool that removes it. Sometimes that is not AI at all.

  2. The work is for people.

    Automation should give your team its time back, and your customers should feel the difference.

  3. Humans stay in charge.

    Every automation has a person who can see it, pause it and take over. Nothing runs that your team cannot stop.

  4. Plain words, fixed scope.

    Before we build, you get a plain description of what will be automated, what stays manual and what it costs. No open-ended hours.

  5. We say when it is not the right fix.

    If the workflow is too small, too irregular or better fixed another way, you hear that on the first call.

The founder

Asad ShoaibFounder & CEO

Solutionz AI was founded by Asad Shoaib after more than 15 years in healthcare operations, running revenue cycle and practice finances for medical groups. That work meant watching capable teams lose hours every week to re-typing, chasing and rescheduling, and eventually building the automations to stop it. Asad is Oracle-certified in Generative AI and AI agent development (2025). Solutionz AI works with businesses across the United States.
